1) Introductory letter for vunerable sector check- ( take this with you when you apply so you are charged the discounted volunteer rate) Lakers will reimburse this fee if you volunteer with our program

2) Vunerable Sector form for Sarnia Police, fill in and take to Sarnia Police station with Intro letter if you live in Sarnia
